Rosaparks — Restaurant in Troyes

The worst customer service in a long time. We waited almost 1 hour for 2 burgers and fries. Literally every person that came after us, got their food sooner. One of the workers was eating fries from behind the counter, of course not wearing mask or cleaning his hands afterwards(photo of this guy bellow). Also this was very surprising since the fries are a soggy mess, only one fry that wasnt soggy was a burnt one(see the photos). Another worker was opening doors and handling money with the same gloves he used later for touching our food. Absolutely nasty. After we complained about other people getting their food before us, we were told to wait. At one point, a staff asked us about our order number when in fact we never recieved one. When we told him he never gave us no number, he seemed very frustrated, said nothing and left. At last, when we recieved our(very mediocre, flat and unseasoned) burgers, the staff did not apologize to us for waiting or staring at us like we are criminals the whole time or at least an explanation as to why we were waiting for so long. And no, it wasn't orders from the web, people ordered and paid the same way as we did. This was our first and last visit to this nasty unhygienic place and will encourage our friends to not make this mistake too. This was the worst experience we had in a long while. Soooo good! My husband and I have completely different ideas on what is the best burger. He is a smashed flat kind of guy while I prefer a big, flavorful patty. Thank you Rosaparks for having amazing versions of both! His smash burger was perfect- flat with crispy edges while still not being over cooked. My Neruda (all of the burgers have Civil Rights themed names) was big and juicy and the paprika seasoning made it something truly unique and delicious. If you want to eat in, definitely get there early. There was a nonstop stream of to go orders coming in and there are only 2 guys running the whole thing. I am amazed at how well they did it but I can definitely see having to wait a while if you come in later (but nothing was ever left sitting to get cold. As soon as an order was ready, it was plated/boxed and sent out). The two men running the place were super friendly and although clearly a little stressed, still happy and cheerful. I would come back to Troyes just to try one of the other burgers...

Étant une habitué du restaurant depuis 2 ans, je n'ai jamais été déçue à part les tables mal nettoyés et un long temps d'attente.

Dernièrement, j'y suis allée avec mon amie et nous avons été très déçues de la qualité de notre repas et malades à en vomir toute la nuit et le jour qui s'en suivait. Nous rejoignions l'avis de "Yasmina BENNACER" qui a posté le commentaire à la même période de notre venue.

Nous avions toute deux consommés : Menu Classic burger + frittes cheddar bacon le 14/01/23.

Concernant l'hygiène, les tables étaient toujours collantes et branlantes, sans parler des toilettes toujours négligés. On était tous agglutinés en bas et pas simple de circuler et obliger à chaque fois de se lever quand quelqu'un part.

Nous avons remarquée un manque de personnel ce soir là: que ce soit en cuisine ou en salle avec un serveur "perdu?" qui je pense n'a pas l'habitude du métier car soucis de compréhension sur la prise de commande et Les servir.
