KFC Versailles — Restaurant in Versailles

The worst KFC experience of my life so far. Ordered a simple order; two burguer menus. They make a mistake and the order is put on hold with one burguer out getting cold and the other one nowhere to be seen. After quite a while, and many orders that came later had been served, the second burguer finally comes out. I get my order, check the temperature. Cold as ambient temperature already. This is forbidden to do according to brand rules by the way. Probably won't matter because the order had been marked as served several minutes before (green on the public screen) even when they hadn't delivered it yet. Talk about honesty. Now, INSTEAD of apologizing, and simply changing the burguer, the lady demands, with quite a bad attitude, the entire order and the ticket before doing anything. I bring it back, luckily I hadn't even laid a finger on anything. And then, she says that I should go and REDO the ENTIRE order again at the desk, and put myself last in a room full of 20+ orders. I had to ask for my money back -which took a while because the chief had to come by in order for them to be able to simply do that- and leave hungry to not miss my train. Not even a simple apology. Definitely won't...

If I could give it no stars believe me I would. Service is despicable. Employers chat and gossip between them instead of serving waiting customers. I got served COLD wings which were re-fried, but anyone who knows wings knows that re-frying fried chicken sucks up all the grease and makes them disgusting and dry - that’s how they were; old and disgusting. I told them, and they said we’ll get you new ones. They went around the back and handed me the same wings claiming to be new, I knew this because I had already taken a bite of 1 of the wings and they had the decency to hand back the same bag with the same bitten off wing? They could have at least taken it out and replaced it if they wanted to be convincing; they didn’t bwcause they don’t CARE. I spoke to the manager and told them the situation, he apologised and said he’d give me new ones. He did give me another bag but they were not new. I guarantee the whole batch was re-fried from yesterday’s or earlier’s wings. Dry greasy skin that tasted disgusting. Don’t waste your money on terrible customer service and...

Place: The place is a lot cleaner than Mcdonalds (the one close to this kfc branch), the floors aren't sticky and the tables are clean. The only problem is getting a chair due to the amount of people eating there.

Food: The food is good but it's not mind boggling or jaw dropping. For example, while the chicken in the tower burger is moist... it definitely needs a bit of sauce. Over all, standard fast food with great taste and even seasoning.

Service: My order was missing 3/6 burgers. However, due to the influx of people at the time, it was understandable. An employee checked our table and the receipt, he then gave the missing burger as well as a free 8 euro burger as an apology. Pretty accommodating service and they speak...
