So happy to eat here at the end of our day in Versailles 🌟!
My mum and I decided to eat here after we'd spent the day visiting the palace. The service and food were fantastic. One of the first things we noticed was the set menu they had on a board outside. For a reasonable price, it lets you pick out a three course meal from a set of specific starters, mains, and desserts 😋😲. Since we speak very little French, we were also very happy with the menu inside (which had the English translation just underneath all the French menu items 🥹) and the service we received from kind staff. They showed us to our table and continued to check in with us, check in with others, and be understandable with our lack of French vocabulary 😅🙈.

Read moreWe decided to have lunch here after visit Versailles. We arrived at 2:15 and the waiter shouted to kitchen to check what they have , they have 4 entrees on the menu and she said there are only two left. Ok, since we are tired, we decided just eat here. Food is Ok to the best. They hardly speak any English which is fine because my daughters learn French in school. I asked the waiter, I want cup for water because we have a bottle of water on the table but no cups. She said in English, "no cup for water, finished." My next table laugh to death. When check out, they said we ordered something that we actually didn't. It should be $66 , they want $68, I know there is no need to pay tips in France but I always do about 10% for the whole week stay here. NOT this meal. You actually make less. If you charge $66, I will pay...
Read moreComfortable and welcoming atmosphere for tourists, with extremely kind and generous service. Our waitress gave us gummies and candies before we left, and even refused a 5 Euro tip! The food was delicious, and the smoked salmon was juicy and tender, pairing perfectly with the Parmesan and Alfredo sauce on the penne. Not only was it delicious, but it was a great deal, especially when comparing it to other restaurants in France. Every main course is 14.90 Euros, and if you add ANY dessert to it, it will cost only 16.90 total! I got a crème brûlée with my pasta, so it only cost 2 Euro! In all, we experienced excellent service, striking deals, and a family-like atmosphere. We will 100% be returning if we are ever to come back to Versailles. Thank you...
