When you enter this place it gives you an image of advancement and technology. You place your order by the big touch screens, no need to talk to anyone while you are ordering (this is convenient if you don't speak french). In our case, when we tried to pay, it rejected our payment with 2 different credit cards. This generated a ticket that made us go to a cashier to pay with cash. Then you have to wait, and wait, and wait forever....25 minutes after a lady tries to help, and brings me part of our order saying that now I have to go to the other side of the store, to the McCafe, to pick up the rest of our order. Oh boy, when I got there, I needed to wait because more customers were there. One lady by herself taking care of all the orders, I tell you, if it wasn't because they already charged my credit card, I would have gone. At the end, when we finally get to sit down to eat, I can't describe the quality of the vegetable fries, of course they were cold, soak in oil and soggy. O.M.G., restroom was disgusting, dirty, floors all wet. There is a code that comes in your receipt to enter, I would love for the cleaning staff to have that code to enter and clean them often. I'm not a McDonald's fan, but wanted to give it a shot in France. No way I will expend my money in a place like this again. Read moreThe service was absolutely terrible! I only ordered an orange juice and a coffee via the touch screen monitor. Our order number was there one minute and the next thing it disappeared. When we tried to ask the 2 ladies behind the counter, they ignored us completely. 1 lady eventually came to us after a long time and told us the coffee is being made. (All you have to do is press the button!) Then we waited another 5 minutes and the coffee still wasn't ready. We were ignored again. We eventually got her attention to show our order number had disappeared, but we got no response. We still didn't receive our coffee and orange juice. I would have walked out apart from the fact that I needed the orange juice. I am diabetic and my blood sugars were low. We eventually received our order after over 20 minutes of just waiting for orange juice and coffee. I told her what time we placed the order according to our receipt, but she had the cheek to argue with me saying I put the order a different time. When I got there this woman was having a fit and a bad attitude, asking me why I didn’t pick up my drink for 30 mins, I said I was waiting for the ice cream. She has a very bad attitude like she seriously hates her job. She was extremely argumentative like she’s looking for a fight. I already sat down to eat my melted sundae and she was still asking me “are you talking to me? Are you talking to me?” I mean seriously, wth? She was banging on the cabinets and use her feet to kick them close. If she doesn’t like her job she should probably quit. I’m sure there are a lot of people who are looking for a job out there and most likely will do a better job than her. Your store should fire her. That’s not customer service.
