We had a delightful experience here. The gentleman who greeted us was super friendly and helpful; I appreciate him for taking the time to explain how it works in English. Essentially, the decision for a customer to make is do you want to pay 1) 17 euros for one main course + 4 glasses or 2) 26 euros for all-you-can-eat? The glasses consisted of cold side dishes (eg salad) and desserts. Note: drinks are not included. If you choose option 1, a soup will count as 2 glasses and 2 macarons as 1 glass. Bread is included for free. For the main course, there were 4 options including a plate of the day (fish, in my case), veal, some pasta, and I think a chicken dish. There were probably 6 options each for side dishes and desserts. Food was delicious and I would definitely come back again when I am next in Versailles!

Really excellent lunch and a great value. You can choose 1 main dish (served in individual cast iron pots) and 4 sides (savory or dessert). My main was confit lamb shoulder with truffled mashed potatoes and it was outstanding. The meat fell apart under the fork, the sauce was rich and meaty, and the mashed potatoes were a perfect match. If you see the peas offered as side dish, get them. It has an intense fresh pea flavor, like putting springtime in your mouth. Just lovely.

Great experience, they have these meal deals where you can choose what you would like to eat for a decent price. We chose a main meal and four side dishes in glasses. The cream sauce that came with the chicken was so good, you won't regret it! The gentleman working today was amazing and so kind. He helped us with everything we needed for lunch. Would recommend this place for a nice light lunch.

Running away from turist traps and large meals served in bistrots, we found this lovely place during our visit to Versailles. It outside the palace, a very short walk away from the main entrance. The concept reminds me of "tapas". There are "glasses" and pots with different meals and snacks for you to choose, similar to a traditional buffet but more hygienic. The glasses and pots (main course) we took were great. We liked this place so much that my mom (who doesnt even know how to use google maps properly) kept pushing me to write a recommendation and here it is. Highly...
