The worst experience I have ever had in terms of services in my life. As soon as they found out we do not speak French, they were extremely rude to us and treated us like terribly. I understand that not everyone in France speaks English, but they can at least be nice. We ordered the food by showing the names, and she asked us a question, I politely said that I do not speak french, and she just said she does not speak English and left. They brought us the food with only the chopsticks. We also needed a fork/spoon. I did not know what is fork/spoon in French and was scared to ask them because they were very aggressive with us when we ordered in English.
When we wanted to pay, there was also a sign in front of the cash desk that the orders more than X EUR can be paid by card. Once we wanted to pay, the cashier took the terminal away and hid it under the desk. Our order was more than the set price for card payment. However and she told us we must pay in cash. We were wondering how to get cash in the rain. Since they were made sure we did not have any cash, and again, they accepted the card but with an attitude. The service was very unsatisfactory. If you are a foreigner and do not speak French, stay away from...
Read morePoor and unfriendly service. And in the end said credit card transactions didn't go through (although we offered two cards and also Google pay) and forced my companion to go out and look for cash machine. It was also strange that the shop owner/keeper insisted that I had to stay at the restaurant while my companion went out to take the cash. It was very mean. If they wanted cash they could have told us at the start. Saying that the credit card transaction didn't get through in the end only delayed every one's journey.
It also happened that another family came in, sat down for a short while but left quickly before placing an order. We didn't know what happened to them but I wished I had...
Read moreThe service attitude of one of the two people (seems to be the owner) was very unpleasant. When I asked about the toilet, she just showed it off! When I asked for wifi, she looked like she didn't want me to bother her. When I paid by credit card, she stared at me and held up a sign that if under 15 euros you have to pay in cash! I blurted out "it's terrible" for her attitude, and then she didn't care! until I reluctantly took out cash to pay, she changed her attitude and said “merci”! I disappeared from the restaurant and told myself I would never come back. By the way, I'm Vietnamese and this is not Vietnamese pho, I can't eat well! Rare...
