We wanted to give a try to this restaurant during our stay in Batumi. We ordered assortment Pxali, as a starter, Xinkali with meat and potatoes and Hatchapuri. Half of Pxali was ok with the rest of them being too salty and too many spicies in it! Xinkali were really very tasty just a little smaller on size than other restaurants nearby. But here the problems started. In my Hatchapuri I found hair stacked inside the cheese. That means that the hair did not fly from somewhere but felt from somebody working inside kitchen. I told to the waiter and he just took my plate of one piece that I had in front of me not asking sorry or at least saying anything! In the end nobody asked why we did not ate the rest and we asked for the bill. As I was expecting the bill was with the Hatchapuri inside! I went to the administrator and explained what happened. She was really very kind and she got really sad of what happened. She did now knew anything of what happened cause the waiter did not inform her! I also explained, as a restaurant owner, that this is normal to happen but I did not like the reaction of the working staff at all! Finally, we paid for what we did not have to pay and left disappointed. I don’t think we will come back here.

We visited when we heard that this is a popular restaurant. However, I have experienced a very unfriendly attitude of the staff. The beer mug was so dirty and we talked about it. The staff told me I do not know. They did not even say a word of sorry. Even the manager listened to us, sitting in a chair, twisting his legs, and asking for money to go out with his arms. We were out of communication anymore and paid all our money. It was very uncomfortable and I felt ignored even when I paid money. I did not know that it was so difficult to say sorry to the customer. These restaurants should never go. They just know their money.

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The ordered ribs turned out to be so hard that. It was impossible to eat them. I returned this dish. Wife ordered grilled pork. Also hard, but eats it. You can see that the pieces of meat were not of the best quality. Quickly prepared. I was hoping for better food. Electronically accessible menu card. Not all dishes are available on the menu. I wanted to order something else. No photos, no descriptions. Plus, wifi is not available outside everywhere. It's a bit of a pseudo-German restaurant.

As a Turkish guest, I can confidently say I can cook better Khinkali myself. The service was disappointing – staff seemed sad and unmotivated. Language barriers were also an issue; I had to repeat multiple times that I wanted Khinkali with cheese, but they still brought meat instead. Even worse, they came back to the table insisting that I had ordered meat, which was not the case. Overall, it was a terrible experience and further proof that the positive Google reviews are not always reliable.

I have been here twice and both good experiences. Schnitzel is huge and delicious, I split it with my mother-in-law and am still full. All portions big! I recommend also the grilled vegetable platter, those mushrooms are *chef’s kiss*! Nukri is a very attentive and kind server even on a busy night! It’s a very comfortable place with family or big groups, just be sure to ask for upstairs if you’re looking for a quieter evening without football on ;)

Aşırı kaliteli birası var. Biranın asiti son damlasına kadar aynı. Orjinal irish latte içmek istiyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Special menü sipariş ettik deneyelim diye bizim damak tadımıza pek uymadığını söyleyebilirim. İçerinin ambiansı muhteşem. Mekan aşırı kaliteli ödediğiniz paraya değiyor.
