Просто отвратительный уровень сервиса! Непонятный график работы, неподвластный никакой логике. Благо живем рядом, но не пересчитать сколько раз были ситуации, что перед нашим носом дверь была закрыта в рабочее время. Купили у них простую капсульную кофемашину мы и друзья- потекла у обоих. Друзьям починили по гарантии, отправив в Тбилиси. Нам машинку просто почистили в Батуми и вернули с той же проблемой. Теперь после использования вытираю лужи под ней. Но последней каплей стал мой сегодняшний визит. Вышла из дома с целью купить капсулы, в пол одиннадцатого захожу в кофейню- меня разворачивают. Видите ли у них дегустация. Это в рабочее время. На просьбу отпустить меня с покупкой предлагают мне или ждать, или заказывать через службы доставки. Уважаемые, это просто дно! Если вы устраиваете дегустации- надо организовывать это таким образом, чтобы ваши постоянные клиенты при этом не страдали. И я бы может промолчала, но уже в который раз происходит подобное! Соблюдайте свой же график! Он придуман не мной! Я не заставляю подстраиваться под меня! Каждый раз, направляясь к вам в ваше РАБОЧЕЕ время, я думаю о том, будете ли вы открыты....
