the first day started with a wrong room allocation, so basically the rooms showing on booking are either not there in this hotel or its just misleading photos with booking.com||- since day one and since they allocated the room to me there was bunch of huge black plastic bags thrown on the way to my room and i was thinking its a matter of an hour or 2 but it stayed till i left the room after 2 full days.||- the first morning i have called the room service and i asked can i get water please, they replied (we didnt get the grocery today)||- in a simple word, the breakfast is just a joke. first of all i have never seen a breakfast in any hotel that starts at 9:00 AM as its usually all over the world 6:30 or 7:00 AM, the breakfast for the whole hotel is about 4 tiny pieces of omelet and not single kind of cheese until we asked (guys can we have cheese)||- in the same first day during the breakfast i have asked a simple question (can we have 2 cappuccinos) the reception guy said sorry we dont know how to do it and the guy who makes it will come at 12:00 so i have asked (so shall i wait till 12:00) to have a cup of coffee ??||- in the second day it was disaster, till 9:10 the breakfast wasnt even ready and the same omelet plate with some tomatoes and cucumber, but this time the lady who makes the cappuccino was luckily there but the funny part that the rude reception guy came to me and my wife and said coffee is not included in the room rate, just tea !!!!!||- never the less when i decided to end my stay in that horrible place i packed my staff and my wife was holding her dresses on 1 hanger (yes 1 peace just a hanger) and as a kind of honesty at my car i called the hotel and i spoke to the same rude guy who wanted to charge me for the coffee and i asked can i get one hanger he said (sorry its not possible).||||i dont think staying in such a disaster horrible unprofessional place is healthy by any means specially if you are thinking to relax..||||horrible...
Read moreThe main issue - the sport watches got missed from our room.
When we discovered that, we came to the reception and was told that in the morning the manager and the IT specialist will come and we will check the cameras.
In the morning the manager refused to check the footage. Started to yell and was behaving absolutely non constructive.
I wrote the claim of reimbursement, the manager prohibited the hostess to have us signed copy and started to threaten us with the police. We ended up filed a claim to the police. They were nice.
Now the less crucial but unpleasant things.
We paid for a 30sqm room. When we arrived we were settled in the extremely small room where was no space to pass by the bed with no touching the TV. The position of the hostess was that that was the room we paid for and there were no other rooms. The next morning we pushed and changed a room. There a safe was not working. We changed it one more time.
It is not a 4-star hotel. There is no cleaning, you have to ask about it and nobody told us.
Someone used my perfume, I smelled it throughout the whole room.
The room was about the kitchen and the staff there were having fun listening to loud music.
The construction of a cafe at the ground floor. Often we heard some noise as heavy furniture were moved.
The breakfast lacks variety and the same every day. Several days it was served as not a buffet but privately and we had no options to choose from.
We stayed for 2 weeks. It was our third stay in the hotel.
The outcome is simple - the hotel got much worse and...
Read moreThe hotel seems to be built into an older building as you can tell from the space usage and placement of things but it has a good location, close to the heart of town, with the Christmas market nearby, as well as the flower market and a mall. Overall quality of the hotel is good for a 4-star, but I would label it to a 3-star if at all possible. Place is clean, staff are friendly (working on 24-hour shifts). Rooms is small, you get a good view of the courtyard, we had some dirt in the room that wasn’t cleaned, and bathroom was leaking. I would suggest do you checks once you have arrived in the room in case of anything. Our stay came with breakfast tho it wasn’t great, which was the reason I would equate it to a 3-star due to the limited selection of breakfast. Around 2 warm dishes - scrambled eggs and sausage, some fresh fruits, bread, cold cuts, instant coffee, really really little cereal (there were two bowls of it) - maybe it was reduced due to low occupancy but it would help to get the staff on hand to help us out. I’d say come here for the convenient location, get your...
