There are a lot of places in Tbilisi which do not pop up immediately on search online, this was one such for us. We went here twice for the food and atmosphere.
What i really liked about the place was the staff’s willingness to customise and cross check while ordering. I did meet servers at places who’d refuse to try out even a small change like giving me mushroom instead of ham with an omelette. The lady here patiently explained the difference in dishes in their rather extensive menu, 10 points for her.
As i said the menu is extensive. I am yet to see such an elaborate selection of coffees and teas. They have amazing variety of breakfast/ brunch options as well.
Pricing- This is slightly on the higher side though since this was a place that could cater to our family’s varied tastes, we didn’t mind much. The portion sizes are just about enough for a person.
And they do have a fair deal of vegetarian friendly options to choose from.
Scrambled egg, egg benedict, espresso with vanilla, chicken sandwich all were delicious. Their red sauce pasta i felt just missed the mark, as i had a much more delicious version the same...

For context, I went to this place 3 times in 3 days. No problem the first two times probably because the guy serving was the same , super nice and good food.

I said cold brew does not have any milk and the reply was hilarious : this is how they make it in Italy. I mean a coffee as basic a cold brew and the waiter had absolute no idea/knowledge about it.
Next , instead of correcting it/ checking, the guy brought his bald backup to argue, because that’s what good establishments do, right?
All this and being super passive aggressive throughout my meal was not helpful.
Ego won’t...

In details:
I am delighted with the food and the atmosphere in general. If you want to experience an exquisite taste of different types of coffee, you are in the right place. I have tried only 5 of them and am satisfied -- 100% worthy. 5 stars for service -- Satino never forgets to serve a glass of cold water with coffee. -- Somehow they do it with tea, which is not obligatory, but nice. Moreover, Satino maintains a balance between a cheerful sound environment (nice music) and noiseless. You can sit there with a magazine or chat with your date and won't be disturbed.
In addition I want to praise their lazy oatmeal and pure hot...
