McDonald's Riverside — Restaurant in Tbilisi

Im writing this review due to an urgent and unacceptable issue that happened recently. My friends and I all ordered some burgers, specified no bacon to the workers beforehand. While we were eating, we found bacon inside and went back to them to talk about the issue. The workers were ALL very rude and uncooperative, and then offered us to make new ones. And surprise surprise, they ALL had bacon again. We went down to the same workers, they blamed it on us and said we didnt order correctly. The manager was VERY unprofessional and does not deserve to work here with this attitude with the people that allow him to have a job and a salary. The manager deserves to be taught manners on how to deal...

Probably the worst McDonalds on this planet. We ordered food for the whole family on Wolt and received less than half of the food we ordered. They then refused to send us the missing items and Wolt had to offer a refund. So 1 person out of 3 got to eat. Horrible service from this place, will never order from here again and do not recommend to anyone to order from...

Having to wait 25min for an order... although the place was almost empty.

Received the (disappointing veggie burger (which is just some fat potato wedge) cold, as well as the fishburger) Chocolate milkshake didnt taste like chocolate, but like water.

Staff had the usual Georgian 'friendliness'..

At least the restaurant was clean.
