Summary of the last two orders:

1. Order on the 01.12- pizzas delivered within 20 min of order, hot and fresh, all special wishes on point (everything we wanted removed was removed and everything we wanted added was added)

2. Order of today, the 08.12 - I wanted some ingredients removed (allergy) and some added (paid additional for that). Pizza was delivered almost a full hour after order, was completely cold, allergenic ingredients not removed, additions not added although paid).

since I cannot give a 2,5 evaluation, I am going to the 2 star evaluation. Delivering me something I cannot eat because of allergies at a higher price is just not minor failure.

in reply to the reply of Domino's: of course I tried to call the pizza store, about 5 times and wanted to complain- no one answered the phone.

Update from just now: I just got called from the pizza shop now (23:30- 10 hours after my ordering and recieving the pizza)- because they were convinced that I have ordered my pizza NOW and wanted to ask me for the correct address, since the delivery guy was on the way with the pizza but couldn't find the address.....there must be something going terribly wrong in this Domino's...

Schmeckte schlecht und verursachte bei mir Übelkeit, jedoch keinen Durchfall und kein Erbrechen wie bei den anderen. Trotzdem nur 1 Stern.

Warnung an alle anderen Bewerter: Fallt nicht auf die Antwort von Domino's rein. Die wollen durch das Kontaktformular vermutlich nur eure Anschrift herausfinden um euch dann per Anwalt abzumahnen und zu zwingen eure negative Bewertung zu löschen. Habe hier schon einige Bewertungen verschwinden sehen.

An das Domino's Social Media Team: Sorgt mal lieber dafür dass in euren Filialen ordentliches Essen gemacht wird. Das schaffen andere doch auch. Hallo Pizza hatte hervorragendes Essen.
