Luigis Pizza — Restaurant in Aachen

The pizza is of mediocre quality and the service by the staff is absolutely the worst. I haven't seen any Mitarbeiter who are so impolite and disorganised ever in my life. 🙏 Hence I'm sharing my experience without any filtrations.

We ordered two pizzas and sat outside. Once the order was ready, the person called us from inside the shop although we were sitting outside due to which we possibly missed the call. Second time (not even third time) he literally screamed again from the counter. We went to pickup the pizza and assuming he was upset about us missing (just) the 'first' call, we humbly said sorry. In response of which he said pretty loudly, quoting his words, "Bist du taub!?". The very next minute he came outside and called another customer for his order in in a very normal tone.

We from India, where we treat our customers with utmost respect and honour! And even upon coming to Germany as a foreigner, I at least never experienced this impolite, inconsiderate treatment anywhere! It would be better that they change their staff. 👎

In response to this we couldn't ofcourse eat that pizza. We said nothing cause we can't fall to that level. We paid and left the pizza there. Right or wrong, this is...

I place an online order for pizza on 14th December at 21:20 hrs and my order accepted, then I got tracking number too. My order was pending for next one hour. My son was eagerly waiting for it, but unfortunately, next 1.5 hrs also the status was same. Then I planned to cancel my order, but I did not find the option and also I tried to make phone call, but no one pickup it. Then we frustrated and placed an order with another restaurant and received on time. The most unprofessional incident is that they send message and indicating that 'Luigi's Pizza has accepted your order and it will be ready shortly' after four days. I was shocked with this message, then I called the restaurant staff for order cancellation, this time they answered and cancel the ordered. I request the restaurant staff should correct this kind of things and do well the real time...

Die Pizzen sind gut, aber der Pizzabäcker geht gar nicht. Total unfreundlich und spricht außerdem undeutlich, wird dann sauer, wenn man nachfragt. Wir waren mehrmals dort und jedes Mal war er unfreundlich und patzig. Wirkt, als wenn ihm seine Kunden absolut egal sind. Wenn man in den Laden kommt und er gerade arbeitet, dreht er nicht mal den Kopf zu den Kunden, von einer Begrüßung ganz zu schweigen. Normalerweise lässt er einen draußen vor dem Laden warten und ruft undeutlich, wenn das Essen fertig ist. Heute hat er uns mit der Anweisung „Fünf Minuten“ rausgeschickt. Wir haben auf sein Rufen gewartet, was er heute nicht gemacht hat, und so haben wir eine halbe Stunde vor dem Laden auf eine Pizza gewartet. Nach einer Viertelstunde kam er raus, hatte sogar Augenkontakt mit uns und ist wieder reingegangen. Er hat sich also vergewissert, dass wir noch da sind und absichtlich dennoch nicht gesagt, dass die Pizza fertig ist. Unmöglich, dieser Typ.
