Yesterday I went here to buy some bread and got screamed at by one of the employees because I could not understanding what she was telling me in German. German is not my first language so I was not able to understand everything the shopper was telling me. I told her in English that I was not understanding as my German is not very good. The woman just started screaming at me being extremely rude and unpleasant. I even tried to excuse myself in german, trying to explain that I do not speak german very well and was not trying to insult the shopper. She just continued to be rude and to make fun of me. As I exit the shop without responding to her rudeness she started mocking me. A person working in retail has to be prepared to deal with foreigners. If the shopper was not able to speak English she could have told me that politely. Screaming at customers is not correct under any circumstance. Racist attitudes towards customers are a terrible advertisement. I advise Nobis to start selecting their employees better. Never to come here again and I will not advise anyone to come here as well.
