Kaffeehaus Krumm&Schief — Restaurant in Bamberg

I walked past this coffee shop yesterday on my last day in Bamberg and resolved to go back to try the coffee before I left it looked so good. In this hot weather the iced versions of the coffee varieties are more popular but I got myself a normal flat white with cow’s milk. It arrived with a glass of water on a serving board. A perfect cappuccino colour and full coffee taste with the crema and milk blending seamlessly. No bitter aftertaste so the beans were quality and the barista really knew what they were doing. So impressed I got myself a second one. I can’t say I’ve had a coffee that good in a long time. The decor is unusual but very attractive and I wish there were a place like this near me. We had the cinnamon buns (only 1.80€ each) and they were truly amazing especially for that price. Highly recommend trying them. The espresso was really good and you can choose between different beans. The tea was served in a proper pot and not just a cup. Water is included for both. The place itself is very small but definitely cozy. For the summer they have a backyard. The design itself was old but with a cool modern & local touch.
