We came here today (Monday) late morning (11ish) and sat inside as it was a bit chilly for me.

Service 3/5: I would say the girl was nice/fine. She seemed a bit tired and non-caring. She didn’t ask us how our meal was or checked in at any point.

Food 3/5: The food was cold and it seemed like the eggs are not made fresh - kinda like the hotel scrambled eggs you get. Same with the bacon. I wondered if it was just the first bite and maybe it had been sitting for a while, but it wasn’t. The bread on a Monday also didn’t seem 100% fresh - still fine but just not as good as it could and should have been. My tea was served with a glass cup which is quite annoying as it’s too hot to actually hold and I had to wrap tissues around it. As a positive, my husbands coffee was great!

All in all not terribly bad, just missing the details and care that would make it great.

I do think that if we had come on a weekend when things are moving faster that it would be different - although I always wonder why that should be the case?

Atmosphere 3/5: If you sit outside it’s a bit lore vibrant, but inside the lighting is dark and plants around the place seem to have been placed without much consideration. Just needs a bit of TLC ☺️

My husband would come back to give a second chance, I am not sure to be honest. I had a better experience at another place down the road, and considering it’s practically the only thing on the menu I would expect a great result no matter what day...

I'd heard about this place because of my girlfriend and as we live nearby we've heard the hype it has so we wanted to try it for some time ago and we finally did. They don't take reservations and the place is small and there's always a line so be prepared to wait in the line. As a Vegetarian that doesn't eat Egg this is not a good place as in the end you'll end up eating either a Vegan Avocado sandwich or its vegetarian version with Cheese (which is the one i had), I know I shouldn't even come here knowing this place is mainly about the Eggs but I just wanted to try and see what could I eat here. So leaving the fact that I don't eat Eggs, the Brioche Bun, also one of the main characters in their Menu was not good either, it felt and looked just like the store-bought brioche i get at home, it was all smushed also (and this was not only my opinion but also my girlfriend which she ate a regular sandwich) so just by this I think the hype and the wait in line was not worth it for us...And as an end note, Berlin having such a big Vegan scene, and the fact that literally right next to this place, 3 mts apart, there's an Asian Restaurant that has Vegan Egg as part of their weekend menu, I think they could've done better with their...

Food was ok but nothing special, it was a double cheese who has arrived with the cheese not melted anymore, I guess because they waited too long. The coffee was really terrible, I think one of the worse I ever had, was very bitter, probably because they don't wash properly the coffee machine. Than I don'T get why they serve it in the paper, wich after it has absorbed the fat it rips a part and you have to be careful not to eat it! I mean, we are eating at the table, just leave it on the plate as is suppose to be! The stuff is very friendly, be aware that they only speak english, which is not a big deal since they have few food options, a big NO is because they clean empty table after some guest are leaving, with disinfection spray products WHILE you are next to them eating your food! The smell of cleaning product of course is not pleasant, was so strog we had to stop eating for a while... I've never seen something like that, but I guess is because they haven't professional servers, at least they should have one who could teach to them. I am going to try another location because as said the food was good, but I won't come back to this...

📅 I come regularly to 44 Brekkie in Berlin 🌍 for brunch, and it is just bombastic! 💥 From the moment you walk in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home 🏡. The menu offers a fantastic variety of options of the same stuff, and everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious 🍽️. I love it; it's really addictive 😍. The toast is perfectly seasoned and the orange 🍊 juice is always on point. I could eat so much of their stuff, and I find myself craving their dishes all the time 🤤. I know I shouldn’t speak like this, but it is so good that it’s hard to resist indulging every time I visit 🤩. The presentation is always top-notch, and the portions are generous 🍽️. The ingredients taste fresh, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into each dish. Whether you're looking for a hearty breakfast to start your day or a relaxing brunch with friends, 44 Brekkie is the place to go. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone in Berlin looking for a memorable meal! 👍

I think it's worth trying! I ordered the sandwich + avocado (~7€) and it really comes with a good amount of fresh avocado! I found the brioche bread especially tasty and very well made. It's not just two slices, but a U-shaped bread and that makes the sandwich not fall apart and all the sauce doesn't flow. The secret sauce is good and the eggs tastes divine. I was a little upset that the cheese wasn't at least melted. I understand the fact that it's not a cheese sauce as it would make the snack even harder to eat but also perhaps tastier… who knows? To drink I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk (~5€), but unfortunately I didn't like it. In addition to the non-existent foam, the matcha was not fully diluted, and I found the straw strangely smaller than the glass, maybe it need to be a bit longer. The service was pleasant and fast. I went at lunch time and during the week, the place was not very crowded. Cash payment only, no card accepted.
