Aktaș Kebaphaus — Restaurant in Berlin

My family and myself have had negative experience recently. As I was visiting from abroad I wasn’t aware that only cash is accepted (is it even legal?). After we finished our food and realised we don’t have cash, the owner and his son started being so rude! I suggested transfer the money via PayPal or make any alternative payments, the bill was only 9€!!!!. We faced the anger and disrespect from the both of them. They were saying this is how things work in their country🙈I went to the nearest shop to get come cash out but my English cards were not accepted there. It was late, my little nephew was scared and upset as we couldn’t leave without payment for a while. The owner and his son not only were rude but had insisted my little newphew stay as a hostage in the caffe and forced me to go and find cash machine which was quite far from the place. I can’t even tell how upset and disappointed I was trying to find cash machine in the dark while my little 4yo boy was staying with the two angry men! Absolutely antisocial behaviour! So disappointed, please be aware...

That's the only word I need to describe this place and specially the current staff that is running this business, they are honest and kind people.

I left my wallet by accident there for a whole day... as soon as I realized on the next day I went back (at the opening time, kudos for them also opening 15min earlier) and asked if they've seen it; They did and kept it safe until I returned [they mentioned they tried to search for me by looking at some kind of ID in the wallet but nosuccess]. They even said to me to take a look into the wallet to check if something was missing, and guess what, everything was there safe and sound!

Glad people like this still exist in the world. Once again, I'm really grateful for this, surely won't ever forget it!

P.S the chicken kebab donner was really good and the vegetables were really...

I got the döner im brot and a half litre beer for 5.5 €. The food was great and filling .... and the beer was cold ... and it was stupid cheap. You can't ask for much more.

The staff was also friendly and spoke English which helped the...
