VERY UNFRIENDLY! We have been treated very rude here. We ordered a pretzel. Just a normal pretzel. The (older) lady behind the counter was (already) very agitated and asked what kind of pretzel. So again we answered “the normal one” after five minutes she finally understood. After that incident we asked if we could order a drink to go. This was possible. On the menu, which was very visible we ordered a tee masala chai. This was not possible. They didn’t had it. Only chai latte. So we referred to the menu. No it was not possible. So I asked for pfefferminze, not that was also not possible.. After a while she said they can’t make hot water. (?????) Very confusing, especially it was on the menu. So unfortunately for them we only bought the pretzel. We gave the money, she was even more agitated. A big visible sigh and rolling eyes. Most fitter money what we could give, still wasn’t okay.. We were super kind and respectful, ordered in German and we were treated very unfriendly. Never ever going to spend...
