Berlin Burrito Company — Restaurant in Berlin

We had ordered two burritos. We wanted a couple things removed and a couple things added

We asked them if they understood the order they said yes

I was unsure if they actually did because the person taken our order was flirting with a girl next to him that was apparently his girlfriend and he wasn't paying attention to the order at all

I'm not sure if it was to show off to his girlfriend but it was made exactly opposit of everything we wanted

We were told if you have a problem just go on the website and put it there

We did this, no one responds

We call, no one answers

We went back in, they tell you to go to the website

The bottom line is if you don't really care what you get this might be the right place but it something's ever wrong, do not think that theyll fix it and do not think that you'll get your money back because they avoid you like the plague.

Nothing against the restaurant, but the problem with this place is that it doesn't taste anything like authentic Mexican food. Everything has the same texture and the spices are just off. It kind of just feels like eating a flour bag full of slop that doesn't have much flavor. The food is spicy but just cayenne pepper isn't a flavor, you need other spices to add undertones. I wish they would take a look at some proper Mexican or TexMex recipes to get an idea of what Mexican food should actually be cooked and how the proper flavors and textures should be. My guess is that the good reviews are mostly from people who haven't been able to eat good Mexican before. I still don't know where to go in Berlin to get a good burrito cus this and...

This is OK place to visit once, if you want to eat a burrito.

We've read a lot about this place, both in pictures and reviews. So we were really excited to give a try.

Burritos were good, but it seem that we weren't asked about choice of fries vs. rice. We assumed it'd be fries, but we received rice instead. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to have an option offered.

The staff was OK, but the service could have been better. Always yelling orders' numbers in such small place isn't exactly nice atmosphere to dine-in. I understand they need to reach their customers who sit outside, but they might as well have walked there.
