My love to Indian cuisine was fully revealed after first visit to @chutnify . And since then it is one of my favorite Indian restaurants in Berlin. Simple but creative interior design (because of the owner's(Aparna Aurora) designer past ) Colors, details, aroma and mood - everything with an Indian character! 🌶🌶🌶 The menu is based on southern India modern and street food. Quality food, organic spices and fresh cooking are the main principles of Chutnify! For vegetarians and vegan guests I recommend to try "tali" (a set of different dishes a little bit), Indian flat bread and delicious mango lassi or homemade lemonade. In the evening, you should pay attention to really creative cocktails, for example Margarita with cilantro❤❤❤ or mango lassi with dark rum👌👌👌! #happyfood_travel difinitely recommends Chutnify to anyone who loves delicious Indian food and new emotions!!! . .
Read moreMy recent Wolt delivery from Chutnify Neukölln has left me deeply disappointed and feeling unwell. I ordered their vegetable biryani, expecting a flavorful and satisfying meal, but unfortunately, what I received was far from satisfactory.
Upon receiving the order, I noticed some leakage in the packaging, which immediately raised concerns about the handling of the food. Despite this, I decided to proceed with the meal. However, I was immediately disappointed. The rice was overcooked and lacked the aromatic spices that are characteristic of a well-prepared biryani. The vegetables were underwhelming in both flavor and texture, failing to elevate the dish to the level I had hoped for.
Shortly after consuming the vegetable biryani, I began experiencing severe stomach discomfort. The sensation of burning and nausea left me feeling incredibly unwell, indicating a potential issue with the quality or hygiene of the ingredients used.
As someone who enjoys Indian cuisine and frequently orders from Wolt, this experience was particularly disheartening. Chutnify Neukölln has always been one of my preferred restaurants, but this disappointing experience has made me reconsider ordering from them again.
I hope that Chutnify Neukölln takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to improve the quality and consistency of their vegetable biryani, especially for delivery orders. Customers should be able to enjoy their meals without fear of experiencing discomfort or illness. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend ordering vegetable biryani from Chutnify Neukölln through Wolt to others seeking an authentic Indian...
Read moreA low and ill maintained indian mimic eatery, not to be considered a restaurant. High priced to such below average food. It was the first time I was in Berlin and was wanting to eat at Chutnify. But this experience was really a bad one. Ambiance - resembles a low budget road side indian eatout similar to ones in Mumbai or Chennai(where food tastes much better* ). Bad reception - since we were late by half hour due to Traffic in Berlin and the lady working there asked us to leave by one hour even before we entered the premises. This was really unwelcoming. Especially the waitress, who was too rude working in a customer centric business. Food - way below average. We had ordered several dishes expecting to get amused but were disappointed. Channa Masala and Malabar Parota - Was better than the other dishes we ordered. Dosa - High priced and not tasting like a dosa and the chutny along with dosa was dried coconut immersed in salt water. Hence the restaurant "Chutnify". Total waste. A small bowl of sambar costs 4 euros.
Masala dosa - Really small portion for a high price (11.5). Saravana Bhavan in Frankfurt provides a much bigger and better masala dosa for 8 euros. Chutnify Not worth it.
Veg thali - Food insufficient to fill a teenager and no extras. Unsatisfactory.
High expectations to a restaurant which offers nothing. Such bad furniture in the premises, made up of old rags (if that was to imitate India then it was humiliating), worn out floors and no proper locks...
