Absolutely horrible service. If I call them impolite, that would still be cutting them some slack. Extremely unprofessional and aggressive staff, claiming that we sided with the staff instead of my friend, trying extremely hard to brush off the fact that they had HAIR in their food, were carrying and preparing food with their bare hands that they touched CASH with. The waiter was blatantly rude and resorted to yelling straight away instead of taking our issues into consideration. We weren’t even demanding money or switching our sandwich until they started yelling and GRABBING my friend. We have everything on camera and aren’t afraid of publishing it. If we didn’t have to be at the airport in a couple of hours, we were prepared to take legal action. Worst place I've ever seen. The workers were aggressive and impolite. one of them even grabbed me and pushed me outside, just because i told them that i found hair in my sandwich and i wanted to get my money back. the waitress started shouting at me.
