One of the good Turkish kebab restaurants. Not a luxury place. It’s located in Kotti. Not a surprise, right?

There are almost every kind of kebab. Doner, Iskender, Adana, so on... Also you can find soup, lahmacun and some deserts like kunefe.

When it comes to taste, I cannot say that it’s best in town. But it’s ok, not bad. At least they don’t serve you standard pressed minced meat as doner. What I would suggest over there; doner in bread, lahmacun, sac kavurma plate with rice, iskender. If you like eggplant there are great combinations of it with some kebab. You can try kunefe as a desert and ask for your free tea.

The prices are average. A plate is around 12 Euros.

The staff is pretty friendly. Service is relatively fast. What you order affects the speed of it naturally.

So in general Doyum is a good place to eat. Just need to find what...

They offer three kinds of soups: lentil, trotters, and tripe. We tried the last two, and the soups are awesome. Additionally, the soup is served with freshly baked bread, slices of lemon, garlic, and vinegar sauce. The Adana kebab is good, and the lahmacun is handmade and freshly baked. Lahmacun is above the European average, but I would prefer kebabs and soups. The waiter is quite kind, and the service was fast. The restaurant has a restroom, and it is clean. We didn't order dessert this time, but they looked delicious. Next time, we will try künefe and sütlaç. Tea is complimentary after the meal. We paid €40 for 2 bowls of soup, 2 lahmacun, 1 portion of Adana kebab, and 2 ayran. I think the price...

Gotta downgrade my review; the service and quality are getting worse every single time. 31.08.2022 Tried Adana Kebab Ezmeli and it really good and had a unique taste ✨

29.08.2022 The last few times I have eaten here, the quality has seemingly degraded. The kebab was cooked so much as it tasted burnt. Next time I'll downgrade to 3 stars. 😓 Fresh high quality Turkish food at the heart of Arabic/Turkish community in Berlin. Doyum feels very lively, and although usually very busy, you won't wait long for your food. I love Kuzu Sis Yogurtlu here, the best I have found anywhere. The simple salad is also very tasty and...

One of the two best veal kebab places in Berlin. True Turkish experience, great food, crispy bread, fresh lachmacun, juicy meats. I recommend the standard kebab and especially the iskender. Crispy and fresh bread soaking in butter topped with juicy meat and fresh Joghurt. Main dishes are a little on the pricey side with 12 to 18 euro but I'd rather spent a buck more for the fresh quality. Tea on the house after paying is always a great gesture.
