Exclusive Coffee Brückenstraße — Restaurant in Berlin

I usually don’t write bad reviews but I had a bad experience with the service at this café. I went in to the café and directly headed to say hi to my friends and put my stuff on the table before ordering(I usually like ordering after I find a good spot and after putting my stuff down). The moment I sat down, the girl who works there came to me and raised her voice at me saying “Have you ordered? If you want to sit here you have to order” She said it loud for the whole café to hear. This happened almost 10 minutes after I went into the café which I found crazy. The way she talked was very inappropriate, if she had been more friendly and quieter, this wouldn’t have been as big of an issue even though it’s still bad enough that she even came to talk to me in the first place. The quality of the coffee was not good. I ordered two, because I couldn't drink the first one. No surprise the second one was the same!! Burnt, over extracted coffee with dark foam!! It's a good place to sit for a while, but I do not recommend ordering coffee. Unless you are not sensitive about the taste of coffee and have no idea how it should taste, like their barista!! For using the toilet you should ask for the key at the bar which is downstairs, and the toilet is located upstairs. We came for a good reviews but were disappointed. Good: the view, big windows, near the transport. Bad: dry, not fresh desserts without taste; the toilet is closed, you have to go down to ASK for a key (why must I tell the barista when I need to use bathroom?!), however the toilet is on the 1 EG and each has two cabins, but one key.
