Okay I’ve been here several times now and I must add this review, primarily because the service from some of the staff is not just bad, it’s honestly annoying.

Coffee is okay, but there is a particular server who is absolutely the worst. So many bad experiences with this guy, from tossing the stripe reader to me, a “what do you want” question, to making an iced cappuccino by literally pouring a glass full of milk in front of me and then just dumping the coffee shot in it.

Ambience is really nice, they have outdoor seating, cafe looks great. In fact the owner is also very friendly and always helps out. But I’ve honestly decided to shy away from this place now because of the service.

I would still recommend it, maybe folks would have better experiences...

I loved this cafe: from the delightful atmosphere to the lovely treats they offer, that was until they recently hired new incompetent workers. Where to begin? I don’t know if I should start with the old stale scones that nearly had me break a tooth or the tragic matcha latte. Not only has the service gotten worse and slower but they don’t know how to make a matcha latte. I’m no barista but it doesn’t take one to know that an espresso shot has no place in a matcha latte; not only did they completely fumble on the basic components but unlike a dirty chai latte it tasted absolutely atrocious. I love the exclusive coffee brand so please go to some of their other shops all across Berlin but whatever you do don’t go to...
