Atmosphere is great, such a nice location. Off the beaten path, close to a park and nestled in a Kiez.
The girls working there literally don’t care about the customers, no smiling, always on their phones and rude.
The ice cream they sell now is nothing compared to duo Sicily. I can’t put my finger on it but it tastes aerated. There’s something off about it, I can always finish ice cream. The servings are huge and I can never finish them.
There something in the ice cream, something is wrong with it. I ordered 2 scoops this evening then had to throw it out after one spoonful.
It’s such a shame because there’s no other decent ice cream shop in the Kiez. Living in this Kiez I would never come back here.
The shop is a mess like refine the menu offer less and increase the quality....

Cons: Extra sweet Easy melting even the weather wasn’t a bit cool and not hot at all today, No crunchiness inside The gelato are all covered and not visible to customers like me who usually like to see all available options with nice presentation to select from The waffle felt hard or not fresh and...

What’s worse, if you look downstairs into the fridge, you can literally see the industrial sugar mass they use to make the gelato. It’s not just disappointing — it’s off-putting.
This is not artisanal gelato. Please stay away from this place, go to Duo gelato and wait the...
