If you’re yearning for an authentic South Indian dining experience in Berlin, look no further than Yummy Kitchen. This unassuming restaurant transports you straight to the vibrant kitchens of Kerala with its array of exquisite dishes and unparalleled hospitality. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly greeted by the humble and attentive staff, who made us feel right at home. Their exceptional service went beyond mere courtesy—they were genuinely invested in tailoring our dining experience to our preferences. This personalized touch set the tone for an unforgettable culinary journey. The menu at Yummy Kitchen is a treasure trove of South Indian delights, but a few dishes truly stood out and deserve special mention. The Pazhampori and Beef, Beef Dry Fry etc. However, the highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Chatti Choru. Served in a clay pot, this meal is a symphony of textures and tastes. The authenticity of the flavors at Yummy Kitchen is unmatched. Each dish is prepared with a meticulous attention to detail that reflects a deep respect for traditional South Indian cooking. The ingredients are fresh, the spices are vibrant, and the cooking methods are faithful to the roots of the cuisine. In a city teeming with diverse culinary options, Yummy Kitchen stands out not just for its food, but for its heartwarming hospitality and dedication to providing an authentic South Indian dining experience. Whether you are a seasoned aficionado of South Indian cuisine or a curious newcomer, Yummy Kitchen promises a meal that is both soul-satisfying and memorable. For an authentic taste of South India in Berlin, Yummy Kitchen is the place to be. Trust me, it’s not just a meal—it’s a culinary adventure you won’t soon forget.

Good Quality South Indian Food at Reasonable price Me and my friends were in search of an authentic south Indian restaurant in Berlin and it was our luck we found this place. Best south Indian food served hot and were served with smile. Service was courteous and food testy. Two of the service men are from Kerala, so we ordered everything in Malayalam, which added our homely feel. The Masala dosa and porotta are both too good and gives us that Kerala restaurant satisfaction. If anybody is craving for a real South Indian flavor in the heart of Berlin at a fair price, Yummy Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. Will go there again without hesitation!!

Very authentic yummy dishes.. Kerala style. Best idlis in Berlin (if you relish Mysore mallige idlis), authentic Sambar.. Slightly sweetish chutney. Chicken gravy is proper malabar style.. Rice is top notch quality.. Chicken devil is a sizzler and sweetish flavour but tasty.. Mango lassi is 10 Times better than what you get in Spice Village.. Overall.. We are tasting some authentic kerala style cuisine first time in Berlin... Great deal.. We missed having chicken biryani yesterday but finally visited this gem of a place! Host Mr Justin was super gracious and very helpful. We would love to visit again..

My friend and I came here based on the high volume of high reviews but were left feeling a bit confused and not impressed. I found the food to be expensive for the quality and portion size. The samosa was dry, just tasted of pepper and had no dipping sauce. The Malai Kofte was tasty but only 2 small kofte and that costs 12€, sorry but how is that possible is just a potato dumpling in sauce, nothing more and no salad, bhatura or naan included. In the end I had a vegetarian main, one drink, shared a bathura and shared the samosas with my friend and it cost me 23€. The service was unbelievably slow, the guys seemed to be always in the back and never paying attention to the patrons. We had to signal for everything after waiting such long periods in which they would pass by the table and not even look to check on us still waiting to order even a drink after being sat down for ages. If it had been busy I would’ve had more patience for this but the restaurant was 1/3 full. The ambience / comfort level was also not so nice there was annoying pop music playing and the chairs weren’t comfy. Just overall not worth it, I had better experiences in many other Indian...
