My wife ordered from them today. The order arrived without bread and the person on the line did absolutely nothing to help us get the missing items delivered, other than offering a "voucher for bread next time" as according to them, "there is nothing they can do". We are sitting in an empty apartment (as we are remodeling) so without bread or cutlery we are just left with food that can't be eaten. The absolute worst service a restaurant can give.

As last resort, I asked them if I can order something else to get my bread delivered, they said, "ok but you need to order at least 10 euros" but didn't really offered to cover anything although it was clearly their mistake.

In the end, they refunded us 3 eur (lol) of an order that no matter how hungry we are, we can't eat....

We ordered the Mezze Mix Vegan for two, and the table quickly filled with a large plate of creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, fresh tabbouleh, warm pita, mushrooms and potatoes 🤤
