Happy Panda — Restaurant in Berlin

Rude employees, terrible customer service, tasteless food that is not worth the money! We ordered food via Walt from this restaurant and will NEVER ever repeat this experience, here's why... The food took 1.5 hours to arrive, and when it did we opened the bag to find the sauce from our order pilled all over the bag and our chicken and beef orders were so dry and inedible. We called the restaurant to inform them that this happened and to complain about the situation, and their response was to yell at my husband and hang up on him twice!! One of the staff started yelling over the phone saying that the the sauce being spilled is not an issue and maybe the food wasn't to our taste. She had the nerve to tell my husband that this is Germany and we should be speaking only in German which we did but used some English in between. What a waste of 50 EURs as we didnt even...

Ordered the set menu for 4 from here for pick up. Staff were polite on the phone and the amount of food we got for the price was very, very good. The quality of the food however was rather mixed. The Ente-Kross chop suey and the 8-Kostbarkeiten dish were very good. The rest of the dishes were unfortunately somewhat disappointing, with the Szechuan beef having nothing to do with Szechuan (not at all spicy, just salty) and the Hähnchen-Kross mit Erdnuss Soße not containing any chicken (!!). The baked bananas were also very oily and somewhat inedible. Additionally, all dishes were packed in unsealed styrofoam containers meaning all of the saucey dishes spilled over into the bag on the drive home. A sealed container or something with a lid would have been much better. Overall a somewhat mixed experience. Unfortunately we won't be ordering takeaway...

RUDE OWNERS AND TERRIBLE FOOD. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH ORDERING. After waiting 1,5 hrs for my food to arrive, I opened the Walt bag to find the sauces from both my meals were spilt all over the bag. I called the restaurant to complain, they hung up on me twice. Then a lady picked up and I tried to explain what happened, she started yelling at me and also hung up the phone. The food was bland and tasteless and definitely not worth the money! This was supposed to be Szechuan beef. This has nothing to with szechuan kitchen at all.
