This is a message to the owners or people that run this place.

Learn from the low star rating reviews because they are telling you something.

I am a chef, so I used to do this for a living, but the other reviews come from foodies, who enjoy good food for a living.

Your kitchen team needs help, the food is unseasoned. From eating your burgers and reading the reviews it seems to me like you haven't figured out yet that seasoning brings out the flavour in the food. Without it, your food is bland. A lot of people say your burgers are bland. I thought your burger was bland. if I opened a burger joint next to yours I'd put you out of business in a week. You can do better.

If you think the flavour in your burger comes from the sauces you slap on top you are DEAD WRONG. Your burgers should work without the sauce and the sauce should be a little "extra" addition to the flavour.

If I were you, I'd invite a few selected foodies or foodie friends for a menu tasting and start fixing things.

The positive reviews I read are so over the top I suspect they might be fake and paid for. My overall suggestion; invest in better birgers and not in better...

I ordered the steak and my partner ordered the truffle pasta. Both dishes were very very good and tasty, and THANK YOU for salting things enough and for all the really good flavours. And also the waitress was an absolute sweetheart, super nice and doing her job perfectly.

If I could make a suggestion, it would be that since the steak is served on a pan, let it cook a bit less beforehand so when you ask for medium rare it doesn’t get more cooked than wanted while we eat.

Just had some pretty banging burgers at Grimy Haus. Korean chicken burger and Thai chicken wings super crispy with unique flavours. The quality of the ingredients for the burger from the bun to the fresh salad just made it a really really good one. Place lacked a little bit of atmosphere with very generic music and the price for a bottle of water was surprisingly steep, but the food is definitely worth it and more than good value...
