A perfect place to please your taste and soul. Even though having been to Italy, I first tried Italian ice cream in Friedrichshain Berlin. And it's worth it! The café placed in the cozy, friendly neighborhood, near the S-Bahn station what makes the café even more accessible. The café by itself is a bright spacious place where you can sit as warmly inside, but also enjoy your ice cream under the awning outside. I cannot describe the taste of ice cream, you have to come and taste it by yourself! All the ice creame is made according to italian recipes and traditions by the owner of the café himself. I think his knowledge and experiences are one of the components which make the ice cream taste wonderful. There are big variety of flavours for everyone: from fruity ice cream to the one with your-favourite-chocolate mix. My personal recommendation would be the "Mozart" ice cream, unique flavours combination inspired by legendary Mozart Kügelchen (a delicious chocolate nutty sweetmeat). If you hesitate with the "right" choice, kind and friendly to people of every age personal is ready to give you an advice in order to help you to find the perfect match to your preferences. Staff is also able to manage conflicts with clients. Wir waren spontan mit Hund und Kind vorm Eingang... haben dann kurz überlegt wie wir es mit dem Hund handhaben, als der wirklich sehr nette Mitarbeiter meinte nimm ihn mit rein wir sind Hundefreundlich war ich tatsächlich ein wenig erstaunt und wir nahmen sein Angebot den Hund mit reinzukommen dankend an. Zeitnah bekam er auch frisches Wasser hingestellt. Nachdem ich mich nicht ganz entscheiden konnte hielt mir der Mitarbeiter einen Löffel hin zum probieren... Unfassbar lecker.. aber wirklich alle Sorten und Saucen... Nach einem kurzen Plausch mit dem Chef dürfte ich nochmal löffelchen probieren... einfach ein Traum... ich hätte das gefühl das ich mich durch die ganze Theke probieren durfte.
