Kaiser Patisserie — Restaurant in Berlin

I'm giving three stars despite their exquisite cake creation because their opening time DOES NOT correspond with the one indicated on Google map and the employee put on an attitude.. I went ONE HOUR before the closing time and they were already cleaning (door was opened). I needed to buy the cake because I was heading to my MIL's birthday dinner, the girl put on a whole show as if I am the problem and am causing her late Feierabend. I begged to buy just two cakes, she rejected and I begged again, she then nodded with a poker face. Fortunately the other girl came out at this point to the bar from the kitchen, she was an angel - smiling, greeting me and packing me cake and trying to comfort me it's okay. I was craving something sweet with some good cappuccino and couldn’t have found a better spot! The worker was nice, and there were a lot of different options for us to try (specially sweet). The coffee was great quality and delicious, but I wish it had been a little bigger. The croissant was heaven! Huge and absolutely delicious. Not too sweet and the cream was perfect and it had A LOT of pistachios that were crunchy and yummy. I also tried the pain au chocolat and it tasted divine! The puff pastry was really good on both! Two cappuccinos and these two pastries were 17€ and it was absolutely worth it for what it is. I was excited to sit and try the cheesecake until while eating it spotted a hair inside the cake!- the lady from service only replaced it with the same with no apology and at the end they charged normally without any apologize. That is not attention to detail and food safety and clearly has nothing to do with costumer satisfaction and proper service with proper complaint handling in a problem that was disgusting and not only sould they apologize and make sure at least not to oay anything on top of the bad traumatic experience but also make a compensation for the disgusting hair inside the cake.
