The food was alright, but the service was very shocking, shockingly terrible. First of all, the waiter prioritized other tables (German customers) and didn’t pay much attention to our table. The water bottle, which was given to us, was a flip-top bottle, whereas other customers were given glass bottles with screw caps. Flip-top bottles can be re-filled without the customer knowing whether or not the bottle given is new and had been refilled before. As such, it was very likely that the bottle given to us was filled with “cheaper” water and the price we charged was no less than what other customers had charged. Assuming it was not a scam, it wouldn’t have mattered anyway, as what happened afterwards pretty much determined the rating I gave.

The surprise came towards the end. The waiter INSISTED that we give him a tip we were unwilling to give, and that even TWICE. The amount of tip a customer is willing to give is decided by the customer him-/herself, not...

The food was ok but I still cannot digest the rudeness of the waiter. When we were paying, he said that we were not tipping enough, we said ok and increased the tip by 5 Euros and he still proceeded to roll his eyes and being being very unpleasant to us. As an FYI, we would have tipped more if the food was better, the staff was more attentive, if the food came out faster and if the waiter provided better service. The waiter was incredibly rude and this will be the reason why we won’t be coming back because he somehow believes that customers grow money on trees and just because he brought a few plates to our table and then disappeared for the majority of time, he deserves the money we put so much effort...

It was very disappointing to sit in such an area and place like Kurfürstendamm and be served with worst quality food for expensive prices. We all expected to eat something special for such high prices. The pizza was burnt at the edges and the taste was not the best. Even the cutlery (knives) were blunt and it was very hard to cut the pizza. The manager of this restaurant does not deserve to manage this restaurant or even work as manager. He did not even consider it necessary to apologize for such service after we complained to the waiter. The waiter himself tried to be nice – just to be fair, but he could do nothing without the consent of the manager. Therefore, we will never ever again go to this restaurant and we don’t recommend it to anyone. Die Pizza war am Rand verbrannt. Das Besteck (Messer) war auch stumpf, so dass es uns sehr schwer fiel, die Pizza zu schneiden. Der Manager dieses Restaurants verdient es nicht als Manager dieses Restaurants zu dienen oder überhaupt als Manager tätig zu sein. Er hat sich nicht mal für diesen sehr schlechten und mangelhaften Service entschuldigt und war auch überhaupt nicht entgegenkommend nachdem wir uns beim Kellner beschwert hatten. Der Kellner versuchte freundlich zu sein, aber er konnte die Situation ohne Zustimmung des Managers nicht retten.
