Madame Paloma Bakehouse — Restaurant in Berlin

I wanted to try everything but eventually went for the flan parisien with pecan. It was soooo delicious, such a great combination of flavours and textures, I will have to make my way through the rest of the menu too. The woman in the shop was also incredibly helpful and friendly. It was not easy to choose just one thing but she took time to tell me about each product and show me photos of how they are inside. The only improvement would be a cosy place to sit while enjoying the pastries, but it is nice that there is somewhere to sit in at all as the premises...

My husband found this small and cute place. They have now been here for 1 year and we have become regulars. Coffee is perfect and the cappuccino is the best in Friedrichshain. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays but open Saturdays and Sundays. It is possible to sit outside and inside too, but cosy/small. Focus is on the bakery goods which are totally unique in Berlin. This is hands down the best dessert shop in Berlin! I rarely write reviews, but this place truly deserves it and completely exceeded my expectations. Each dessert is so creative—my favorite is their pastry, which has an incredible texture and a subtle milky aroma. I tried two with different nut flavors, and the filling was surprisingly rich and flavorful. The staff was also very friendly and carefully packed everything. I can’t wait to try more of...
