Mio 1989 — Restaurant in Berlin

My girlfriend and I came here as advertised on Google Maps. We speak barely a word of German and the lovely waitress didn't speak much English. We relied on using our phones to hastily translate the menu and semi randomly chose two meals. I had the chicken breast and dates, with croquettes and vegetables in a delicious caramel sauce. It was DELICIOUS. My girlfriend had the tagliatelle with chicken strips which I helped her finish, being a gentleman and all. Again, wonderful. We’re from England and come back to this restaurant every time we’re in Berlin. The service is great, prices are very reasonable and you get large portions. The waitress is wonderful and friendly, and the food!!!! The food is not only the best I’ve had in Berlin, but some of the best I have ever had. Never tried pizza with hummus and I was nicely surprised how great it is when I ordered it here. It’s tiny bit spicy, the dough is very good and all ingredients fitted well together.
