I visited three times in the past week. Here was my experience:
First visit: Nobody was at the register despite it being open. Needed to yell for five minutes until the cashier heard me and stopped chatting with the kitchen workers so I could pay for my coffee.
Second visit: One of the workers up front had the WORST body odor you could possibly imagine. Like, you could smell it from a far distance away. I paid for my coffee and ran.
Third visit: My lentil soup that cost 4,50 was still slightly cold. Is that a lot of money? No. But was it only 3,50 one year ago? Yes. I took it back immediately and they put it in the microwave. I now have stomach pains two hours later.

Read moreThis is a cheap establishment. The food is good, but the service not so. They will give you the tinniest thinnest sheet of paper to clean your hands after you eat. After 2:30pm they do not serve dine-in, so they will give you a take away disposable container (which they charge you 30 cents) and a wooden fork to eat.
They always prefer cash, and never give out receipts for the order. Card payments are only allowed if you buy over 4 euros.
