Primark — Local services in Berlin

Today a woman that works there lied to my face and took my jacket from me. I accidentally left my jacket in the dressing cabin amongst some other clothes. And a few minutes after I left the cabin I noticed that and went back and told the blond women that works there that I think I left it there. She said that she took the clothes from there and there was no jacket. Then I searched for it more and didn't find it and went back to her and again she lied to me that she didn't see any jacket there. And I almost gave it up but then decided to ask another women that works there and begged her to help me find it and she took a look in the place were all the clothes were and she found my jacket right next to the blond lady (even though I begged her to search for it and explained how it looks like). And then the blond lady gave me a look like she wasn't surprised it was found there and ignored me. She meant to hide my jacket from me. After that I didn't want to buy anything there anymore.. She worked in the dressing room on floor 1 and she was blond with glasses. It happened at about 11:00 am. We stopped by this Primark because it was cold and we needed a quick hoodie and honestly, it was exactly what you’d expect from a Primark: big, packed with options, and affordable. But this one was definitely one of the biggest we’ve seen!

They had tons of cheap clothing, the quality matches the price. What really stood out, though, was how clean and organized it was compared to other Primark locations, which can sometimes be a bit chaotic.

If there’s ever clothes on the floor, that is not the workers fault and if you are willing to try some clothes, we think it’s best if you try it on and put it back how it was instead of leaving the mess for the worker to clean, just to make it a better experience for everyone.
