Went to Mcdonald’s at the Berlin Central Station to find out the the menu of German Mcdo. I’ve never tried a McRib before and I could say that it was good. The bread and meat are not dry at all which is a good thing because in the UK the burgers are really dry. I also had the crispy shrimp with pepper fried and cocktail dip which is also good and very crispy and fresh. Had a huge latte and Chocolate McFlurry with Mars and Oreo toppings which is surprisingly exceptional as well. And lastly I had the Cookies and Cream Pie (seasonal for Christmas 2022 only, I think) which is my favourite, the filling taste like a sweeter version of cream cheese which was really good. Overall, German Mcdo seems way better that what we have in the UK. Also, the table service in this place is amazing. The guy who delivered my food was...

Ich habe noch nie eine derart schlechte Bewertung abgegeben, aber nach dieser Häufung von Unverschämtheiten (innerhalb einer Bestellung!), muss das sein. Wir waren am heutigen Samstag, 11.05., für das Frühstück am Bahnhof und sind extra eine halbe Stunde vor Abfahrt im McD gewesen, um unsere Bestellung aufzugeben. Diese wurde auch ganz oben auf dem Display angezeigt und wir konnten sehen, wie die Tüte befüllt wird: Alle 2 - 4 Minuten ein Burger/Wrap (von insgesamt 7 Speisen und 3 Getränken) in die Tüte. Die Heissgetränke standen auch schon bereit. Nach über 20 Minuten Wartezeit haben wir nachgefragt, wie es um unsere Bestellung steht, da in 7 Minuten unser Zug fährt. Daraufhin hatte der männliche Mitarbeiter mit schwarzem Haarreif (, welcher durch die Bank schlecht gelaunt und unmotiviert war) nur gemeint, dass der McMuffin Egg noch nicht fertig ist. Nach weiteren 3 Minuten haben wir gesagt, dass wir losgehen müssen und noch das 3. Getränk fehlt. Dieses hat er dann zubereitet und zwar in einem Einwegbecher, obwohl wir den Aufpreis für den Mehrwegbecher bezahlt hatten (und das kam jetzt in den letzten Jahren bei einigen McDs vor!) und hatte Eiswürfel - trotz Abbestellung - mit eingefüllt. Der McMuffin Egg wurde in der Zwischenzeit immer noch nicht zubereitet und wir mussten dann zum Zug sprinten. Als wir dann im Zug saßen und endlich mit dem Frühstück anfangen konnten, mussten wir folgende Unverschämtheiten feststellen (Bestellung 230): Essen nicht mehr warm/heiss Alle Speisen sehr "soggy" (Wrap ließ sich nicht vom Papier trennen bspw.) Getränk nur 3/4 befüllt fehlender McMuffin Egg McFarmer OHNE Patty (!!!) Und viele weitere Kleinigkeiten, die nicht der Erwähnung wert sind, weil es eine durch die Bank beschissene Erfahrung war (hat natürlich auch nicht mehr geschmeckt) und uns das Restaurant um min. 7,- € verarscht hat. Da wir selber seit Jahren in der Gastro sind und den Stress kennen, welcher aber an einem Samstagmorgen in einem McD tatsächlich sehr überschaubar war, haben wir viel Verständnis für die Mitarbeiter:innen und Fehler. Aber unhöflich, verständnis- und rücksichtslos sowie ohne jegliche Motivation bedient zu werden, setzt dem Ganzen die Krone auf: Keine Bemühungen den McMuffin für uns zuzubereiten, Getränk in Mehrwegbecher umschütten, aber den Pappdeckel draufmachen (wofür man dann nur noch 1,- € Pfand zurückbekommt), schlecht gelaunt sein, keine Initiative zeigen, ... - das ist schon wirklich...
