I recently visited this sausage street food restaurant with high hopes of indulging in authentic flavors and a pleasant atmosphere. However, my experience fell far short of expectations due to the unprofessional behavior of the cashier, who appeared to be around 50 years old with blond hair. Upon entering the establishment, my friends and I were greeted with unwarranted rudeness from the cashier. Her demeanor was hostile and unwelcoming, and her tone conveyed an attitude of superiority. It became evident that her behavior was discriminatory, as she directed derogatory remarks towards us, making us feel uncomfortable and unworthy of service. Furthermore, the lack of basic courtesy extended to the neglect of providing condiments for our potato sides, which greatly detracted from the enjoyment of our meal. When we politely requested some, the cashier's response was dismissive, further exacerbating the already unpleasant encounter. To add insult to injury, when one of my companions attempted to order a beer, the cashier's reaction was completely uncalled for. Instead of addressing the request professionally, she resorted to shouting, creating an embarrassing scene that marred the dining experience for everyone present. Such behavior is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the reputation of the establishment. As a patron, I believe it is imperative for the restaurant's management to take immediate and decisive action to address this issue. Customers should feel valued and respected during their visit, regardless of their background or appearance. I sincerely hope that the management of the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure that all staff members uphold the principles of professionalism, respect, and inclusivity. Only by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment can the restaurant truly thrive and earn the patronage it deserves.

Curry 36 has a broader selection of food and drinks including vegan currywurst. The curry sausage is solid for the price. Slightly crispy skin, paired with ketchup and sprinkled with curry powder. Optional the curry can be chosen to be slightly spicy. It is very little spice to be fair. The currywurst is ok, not bad, but also not great. It is just simple and solid. It would be good to have an additional standing desk. The staff was nice.

Quite interesting. When I was reading about Berlin, first things I read about was the must try currywurst. Based on people's feedback, Curry 36 is the best among the stores that sell it. Verdict? Would say it is ok but not as life changing as what people have said. The sauce was good but the sausage's taste and texture were ordinary.

So weit, so gut.

The food was fine, but I want to talk about the staff. In front of me, there were a Chinese little boy and his mom making an order, and she said 'take out' to take the food outside. The female employee there seems to have understood her intentions in context, but she laughed at the expression 'take out'. Quoting like 'Take me out(like asking someone out)', laughing at her with the staff right in front of her. Bad in English doesn't mean she can't understand their ridicule. I understand that the English language does not use the expression 'take out', but I don't think she did anything wrong or did a lot of words and actions that would make staff mocking in front of her and her son. After writing this down, i just wish her to die in suffering, and i hope they spend great...
