No Fire No Glory No Service: the WORST I have experienced in Berlin, as other recent reviews also state. Teenage waiters who preferred to film coffee pour-overs behind the counter for Instagram content, rather than serving multiple customers going up to order — before eventually telling them they should wait at their table for their order. We waited 10 minutes to be served, 27 minutes for a very mediocre flat white and cold espresso, and about an extra 20 minutes for food - the pancakes which, apparently, took so long because they had to be “cooked well enough to be fluffed up.” Poached eggs were overdone, pancakes were overly starchy, and menu is pretty underwhelming - so certainly not worth the wait.

Multiple tables waiting for food, no sense of urgency to actually provide a service to customers, and staff roaming around with no idea of what table ordered what. Other tables served food and coffee before us, despite ordering after we did. And this was on a FRIDAY at 2pm, so hardly the Sunday brunch rush…

Don’t let the ‘cool’ hype fool you; go somewhere else. There are MUCH better places in the neighbourhood without the...

Perfectly lovely place..... food slightly disapppinting..... Poached Eggs Bowl was tasty enough, but when you order poached eggs and they're overcooked, it's always disappointing. Ice Tea doesn't need to be that bland either..... tasteless for the most part. And then.... that Berlin tax avoiding"only cash" tactic, which is gdtting old and can be incrediblyuncpnvinient..... announced in a small sign in the cashier inside (we saw it only when we got to pay), and another small one on top of a chalkboard (that we saw on our way out, after paying). There're trully no reasons for a Establishment this time and age not to take card.. Had we seen the sign before, we simply wouldn't have sat down.. Other than that, the place looked nice enough, service was nice and reasonably fast.,. And it's already the summer, so it was nice to sit outside (although clearly it had been raining until recently, since the chairs were still wet...........). I don't see myself coming back for a while.... the place is surrendered by interesting looking little restaurants like this one..., I think I would take my chances in a few places first. at...

I have mixed feelings about this place. The place is beautifully decorated, the staff was very friendly and the service was fast. I would say the coffee was average but bad. We went for brunch and had the Eggs Benedict and Pancakes. In the case of the Eggs Benedict the homemade jam is delicious and goes well with the brioche and hollandaise sauce. Beautiful presentation and the salad was a very nice touch. The disappointment was on the poached egg, it was over cooked and not runny, why bother poaching an egg if it will be cooked medium hard??? Nevertheless, the pancakes were the greatest disappointment! They were chewy and rubbery as if they Had cooked them quickly at high heat in a pan with a lot of oil... an then they put a hard poached egg on top of it... 😭 NO BRUNCH for me at this place ever again. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because the staff and service were good, the place is nice and the Eggs Benedict were not so bad... but I wouldn’t...
