We called the shop double checking when the pizza offer ends (Mo-Fr 17-19) and were told it lasts all day, which we weren't sure about, because my sister has been there before and she knew it ended at a specific time. I asked the guy whether he's absolutely sure, he said yes. So we got there after 19 and the owner's nice daughter told us it's not on anymore. I explained that that's what we were told on the phone and at first the guy denied it. Then when only talking to me he blamed it on not understanding English. It was his first day. Hope he learns how to own up to his mistakes, makes me vomit this kind of behaviour. Anyway, point is the sweet girl asked her father whether we can still have pizza at the offer price and they let us! She was very helpful and goodwilled. Good customer service. Oh, and the pizza is DE-LICIOUS!! 🤤🤤🤤 Best I've had in while. We keep mentioning it with my sis, only problem is it's quite far from us from Friedrichshain....

I like to eat outside because I dont cook or better said I can't. But I have recently started to write in google sothat it can help others. I have to that this restaurant cant be italian because the pizza has had fermented tomato sauce I think because it tasted a bit sour and when I tried to smell that sauce then I was sure that the tomato sauce was fermented. I didn't complain because I wasn't in a good mood and couldn't face any kind of wrong answer. I saw that the waiters were trying to play the italian hero there all the time and they were forgetting that the most important thing is food and not their acting. So I just stood up paid the bill and went out without telling them...

This is my second time coming and although it was crowded because of valentine’s day, the service and the food were still perfect! I cannot order anything besides the tagliatelle with beef and funghi because it is perfect! The pasta is delicious, al dente and flavorful. My husband loved the lasagna and I can say it’s really good as well. The tiramisu is airy, melts in your mouth and tastes delightful. I also liked the caramel cream but I would go for the panacotta next time. We ordered the 1/2 litter of Lambrusco and it didn’t disappoint. Great service! Great restaurant!
