Non-German tourists beware... SCAMMERS!!!

Food was really nice from here and in a nice location... unfortunately that's the only positives. We visited last Tuesday evening and the service was slow. After finishing our food, waiters continually walked past our table with empty plates and never said anything to us. In the end I had to ask for the bill, whilst our plates were cleared and we were not asked how our food was at all. Surprisingly, there was no hard copy of a bill, the man just said "€34.50" each. Me and my partner had decided to split the bill and my half was €24 and his was €26. We clearly had not eaten €69 worth of food!!!! I then challenged this with the man and he got all flustered and tried showing me the menu as if I was wrong. I then showed him everything on the calculator so at this point he could no longer try and overcharge us. Me and my partner paid in cash and I pulled out €50 euros and put it on the table as I was about to take €20 out and give just €30 to the man. He snatched my €50 euros off the table and took €30 off my boyfriend and was pretending he had took €60 euros off us not €80!!!! I literally had to pull my €20 euros out of his hand to avoid getting scammed!!!! Will not be returning and my parents are coming to Berlin in October and they have been made aware to steer clear of...

We came here for breakfast. There are 4 different types. Two at low price including coffee and orange juice. And two are 3 euros more without orange juice. They waited until we both chose the classic breakfast (one of the low price types) that they tell us that only the more expensive types are available. They told us that the credit card machine was broken when we arrived, but not that classic and French breakfast weren't available. If your best breakfast offers aren't available any don't you tell us upfront? The omelette that I had was ok although a bit dry and not very hot. At that price, the omelette has to be to notch. The side salad was drenched in salad mayo even though there was oil and vinegar on the table. Again, why not ask if people...

One the worst places I’ve been. Due to my Job I’m traveling often so I eat out a lot and that place was an absolute failure. They’re advertising themselves as Italian restaurants and they make carbonara with heavy cream, bacon and cheese cold and the past was like a stuck in a block, pizza with 10days old basil and carpaccio that smelled like horse meat or whatever was. After we sat and we were informed that we are obliged to pay by cash and then after I paid the bill they denied me a proper invoice, giving me an invoice with 0.0$ balance and a copy of my item to item order.
