tried to make a reservation through Lucca at 8:30 and the restaurant rang to say there were full. However I made a reservation through google on this app at 9:00pm. the reservation was confirmed I have the email. the restaurant did not honour the reservation. they claimed tfhey cancelled ( they cancelled one at 8:30) I had confirmation at 9:00. they were very aggressive called me a liar. Even told me they owned the walkway. Place looks lovely but organsation and ability to listen to their customers leaves a lot to be desired. Been to thousands of restaurants around the world and made thousands of reservations. Not the first time there is a problem with the reservation. It happens. but the first time time im treated so poorly.

we went to this restaurant and i have to say everything was amazing! the staff was super professional but at the same time sincerely friendly and warm. we got the 7 course menu with 3 drinks each and that was around 340€. we were also full by the time we left which i appreciated since is not always the case with all high end restaurants. after we recently went to a 1star michelin restaurant me and my partner agreed that we had a better food experience at Brikz and I think that begs a review. i think that all the work and heart that goes into running this place can be felt by the people who visit it. a sincere appreciation for what you do and create here every day:)

Be prepared, this is not cheap food, but it is exquisite and very much in the new "molecular" style. Every morsel was interesting and delicious albeit on the rather small to insanely small size. (The veal dish that one of us had was perhaps the smallest entrée I've ever seen.) Also we found it a bit odd that one of the five courses in the five course dinner was bread. Yes it was exceptionally good bread and also butter, but still? The wines were absolute perfection. If there is anything else that might be criticized, it's that in this price class, one would think the reception and tone of the service would be a bit warmer. Yes, everything was done in a completely professional manner, but we got the feeling that it really didn't matter if we were there or not or if we came back. I realize this is Berlin but still? All in all, exceptionally fantastic food and wine professionally served, but we didn't leave feeling like anybody wanted us back, oh well.

(Just a further note, my girlfriend did not feel the table service- silverware quality, lack of napkins, etc. was appropriate for the...

Unfortunately disappointing This was our second visit to this restaurant, but unfortunately everything was subpar. The service was much worse than last time; we had ordered a bottle of wine, and the server kept topping up our glasses before the glasses were empty. It wouldn't be such a big deal, but at a restaurant that claims to be fine-dining, I expect nuances like this to be paid attention to. The dishes, although creative, were all way too salty. Also--at one point the chef came out of the kitchen and had long chats with two of the tables. However, regardless of how brief it might be, it is usually customary that the chef approaches the tables to at least symbolically greet them. Although it was not a busy night, he did not even glance at the tables other than the two he knew. I thought this was a bit rude, and again, not really fitting the concept of fine dining. I doubt we will go there again, I don't think...
