Seoul garden — Restaurant in Berlin

I love this place! the Korean BBQ is really good! and the employees are very kind.

I would just like to offer some constructive criticism: Because I like this place so much, one day I brought with me my friends, we were in total a table of 8. We ordered a BBQ for 4 people. When the dishes came were the same size as when I ordered a BBQ for 2 people in the past, and the amount of dishes where only '' one more of each '', instead 'of ' 2 more of each'', and they only brought salad for 1 person. We didn't understand which plate was for whom, and how to divide/share them.I had to ask repeatedly for more dishes because they didn't serve a BBQ for 4 people, the waiters were confused and I was also. In the end I didn't even know what I paid for because the bill looked like they charged me for '' extra dishes'', when I was only asking to bring plates accordingly. It was confusing, and the waiters didn't know either what was going on, or at least it is what It looked like. Apart from this experience, everything is spectacular!, I will definetely come back! , I just wish that in the future they are a bit more clear on what they are bringing to the table, and explain which plate is for whom, specially when there are many...

Food was good but service was very unprofessional and disappointing. We ordered a bunch of stuff for take away, which ended up with a disaster: 1) after paying, the staff just ran away immediately and left us alone, without giving the receipt. 2)then we told him that we asked for three sets of chopsticks. He told his colleague, without waiting for us finishing our sentences and confirming the number of chopsticks. 3) we received two sets of chopsticks so we asked for one more. Then, we were told that we have only ordered food for two people. Excuse me, so you meant you know better than us about how many ppl need these chopsticks? Not to mention that was four boxes of food. Anyway, no more chopsticks, but just left us alone again. 4) Next, we entered the internal for getting the extra chopsticks but they said they only had two sets of chopsticks, without any backup plan, even cannot offer one more simple one time spoon. 5) Then we had to go into the restaurant back and forth for arguing for one more cutlery. Thank god, in the end they found an extra chopstick from nowhere, which just waste our time only for arguing a set of chopsticks and reminding these staff we were...

The food is ok but the service was disappointed. We ordered beef BBQ(21.90 EUR/person, min order for 2 person, which means we paid 43 EUR for BBQ), my kids liked the dipping sauce which are very small amount, and for the 2 person dish only provide 4 small pieces lettuce. I asked the staff to if she can provide more dipping sauce and more lettuce, she said ok, and my kids saved the rest of done cooked beef waiting for the dipping sauce coming. We waited for at least 5-10minutes but she never comes back for us. Me and my husband both understand she won’t bring us more sauce and lettuce so we asked her to bring the check, the staff soon came to us and made the payment. The staff there working hard and seem friendly but if you are there you can tell if they really want to treat you...
