Restaurant Kim Long — Restaurant in Berlin

Was furiously berated hy the owner and refused my order for using the app service he put his restaurant on. I had decided to pre-order using Lieferando to avoid waiting times as my lunch time is short and the restaurant is about 10 minutes from my office. After being told my order had been accepted and would be ready at a certain time, I arrived at the restaurant only to be berated by the owner and refused my order (after walking the ten minutes for my confirmed order). I was told I had to order a minimum of €15 to use the app (not stated anywhere when ordering for collection) and the owner furiously told me he had to pay €1 on every order with Lieferando and so he wouldn't accept my order. I said I understand and asked if I could pay the extra euro that he would be charged for the order. He refused and angrily told me I would have to order in person and not on the app. I asked if I could order there in the restaurant. He refused and told me to leave. This whole exchange took about ten minutes. I spent my entire lunch time dealing with this incredibly rude and frankly incompetent man because he put his restaurant on an app and didn't want people to use it. I do not consider this to be my fault, and yet I had my time wasted and ended up leaving in tears (he was very angry) with no lunch for the day. If I could only give 0 stars, I would. The lady was soooooo disrespectful and rude! She didn’t know english. We ordered cola and they gave us a glass with a piece of colored hair(which was hers) on top of it. We told her to change it but she just threw the cola away and raised her voice at us. She didn’t even bother to change it. She was begging us to pay her quickly even though we haven’t finished the drinks yet. And on top of that, the food isn’t even good! Will never come back. This is the only bad thing that happened to us during our vacation in Berlin. Btw, we also paid the cola with hair topping lmao. 10/10...

Please do not come here ! Had the worst experience with the waitress maybe the lady boss. She was rude, impatient and she didn’t want to do our business due to Language barrier. We waited patiently for her like 3x for our order, we even tried google translate but seems like she doesn’t read German. she was furious and she even took away the menu from our hands as a sign she didn’t want to do our business.
