Reva — Restaurant in Berlin

We found Reva by word-of-mouth and came curious — the beef didn’t disappoint. Thinly sliced and full of flavor, it married well with the sauce and made for a satisfying main. The presentation and core flavor profile show talent and care, but the one-meat setup is a missed opportunity for those who like options.

The wrap was the weak link: delicious filling, awkward eating. It falls apart fast and turns a casual meal into a balancing act. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives enough that we’re open to returning and trying other items. LOVED IT! I had a durum döner and a club-mate to go with it. After the first bite I immediately felt this growing sadness inside for knowing this great sensation wouldn't last more than a few minutes and by the time I was done with the food, I felt, what the heck, let's order more food. The guy behind the counter wasn't sure if he got me right so he asked his coworker (who spoke better English) if I really wanted more food. I did, got a Döner kebap which was as delicious and now I'm so full I can hardly walk but man was it tasty. The best 8.5 euros I ever...

We arrived in Berlin and went to the nearest halal place from our hotel … which was Reva. I’ve been to Berlin before … this was by far the best doner I’ve had. The service was excellent, they were very helpful and kind. Even gave us free tea. It’s a cafe style place to eat, not your fine dining place. But it was clean and food was delicious.
