Coming from a born and raised italian, this is for sure one of the best pizzas in Berlin, nothing far from the best restaurants in Napoli. The restaurant’s simple but vibrant decor is warm and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere without being tacky or pretentious. The staff is very hard working and dynamic but will always make time to stop by the table and make sure you’re having a good time, in true italian style. Starting from the perfectly balanced aperol spritz(which is often hard to find), it was overall a great dinner. We had a fritto misto to share and each component was fresh, crispy and flavorful, would recommend a big portion if sharing between more than 3 people. The star of the show is certainly the pizza, with the light and airy dough: chewy yet crispy and perfectly charred on the edges, I usually never eat the crust of the pizza this was so good I could not stop. You can truly taste the quality of each ingredient, starting from the tomato sauce to the vegetables, cheeses and even the basil, a research for authenticity that you can find in very few places outside of italy. Can only recommend the calzone as we were all blown away by it. The only point of criticism lays in the desserts unfortunately, we tried a one of each except the baba and grandma’s cake, after such an incredible meal they did did not live up to the standard of the rest of the food, still enjoyable but some room for improvement. The price point is more than fair: including drinks and dessert we spent around 25 euro per person, more than justified for the quality and amount of food we ate. Special mention to Ivan who took care of us wonderfully and made us laugh troughout the night! Definitely recommend and...
Read moreEDIT: I have since been there again but didn't plan on editing my review since my opinion on this restaurant didn't change much but since they replied, imma do it.
This time I ordered a Quattro Formaggi and payed the full price (14€) which is first of all way more expensive than other pizzerias in the area and second of all, was less tasty than others. This time the crust wasn't as good, didn't have that brioche taste and was also burned which gave a poor taste. The pizza overall was dry and didn't taste very well because of it, the cheese was good but wasn't cooked enough in my opinion.
So yeah, they claim being an authentic and great Italian pizzeria but in reality, they are more expensive and less good than any other pizza place you can find in a 500m radius.

I don't know what I expected for the cheapest pizza on the menu, but certainly not this, that's still a 7€ pizza. 🍕
It is the thinest pizza I have ever seen, there was only tomato sauce and a few basilic leaves 🍅🌿 ; the base could have torn up anytime. Not much taste to it, only tomato sauce so quite disappointing. At least the crust was delicious, like a small brioche, but too bad it's the only enjoyable part.
Also they managed to burn the bottom and the crust somehow even though I waited less than 5 minutes to get it. Well they were nice and the place looked good too even though I didn't eat there. But yeah a bit expensive for a pizza that was mediocre at...
Read moreOur recent visit to this restaurant was a truly frustrating experience from start to finish. We waited an unacceptable 20 minutes just to get a menu, which set the tone for the rest of our meal. Adding to our discomfort, especially on a 30-degree day while sitting outside, was their policy of not serving tap water. When we asked, we were simply told it wasn't an option, which felt incredibly unaccommodating and unreasonable given the heat. The most concerning incident, however, occurred during payment. Our bill came to €36. I explicitly asked the waiter to charge €40 to include a tip. To my shock, he unilaterally charged €42 to our card without any communication or explanation. This uncommunicated €6 overcharge was deeply disheartening. Rather than cause a scene, especially with my partner present, we chose to just pay and leave. This combination of extremely slow service, an unhelpful tap water policy, and the frankly audacious overcharge at the end has left us with a profoundly negative impression. We will certainly never be returning to this establishment. I am not sure who responded here, but it’s not true, i have a local card, and I am living in Berlin for 8 years and never had such a story about charging , there is nothing wrong with saying sorry or...
