It’s unfortunate that I have to give this rating, because the wine itself is excellent. However, the service has consistently been a disappointment. Each time I’ve visited, the waiters have been unfriendly, dismissive, and lacking in basic courtesy. Both my partner and I felt as though we were being looked down on, which completely ruins the experience.
It’s not just about being impolite - it’s the overall attitude. There’s no warmth, no effort to make guests feel welcome, and certainly no sense of hospitality you’d expect from a place that serves such quality wine. Good service should complement good wine, and sadly here the two don’t match.
