Let me say that I love the Kreuzberg original location of the Visit. The roasters and environment there. However, the other branches never seem to be able to hold the comparison. Yesterday my husband and I were walking around Schöneberg and looking for a place to sit and work, so of course I thought of the Visit. When we got there it was quite empty, technically perfect to use it as a work place. We noticed the stickers on all of the tables in the main area/window that says âno laptops allowedâ and only the back of the room was free for laptop users. As it is quite hot and the place wasnât full, I donât understand why we had to sit all the way to the back to leave all the space empty, but rules are rules I guess. Then I go to order and see itâs a cash only place (this is not the case for other branches). When the coffee arrived (note: I always only order an americano), it definitely did not taste like the usual Visit blend. I often purchase beans so I am very familiar with the taste. The service was quite fast and normal. We didnât eat. The wifi password was written at the counter but we couldnât find any wifi so had to connect to another free one in the area- which only worked on 1 laptop, resulting in us having to use our phone data. All in all I canât say we had a pleasant experience because all I saw were restrictions and we didnât feel the same atmosphere as the Kreuzberg branch, that we know and love. I donât know whatâs been happening with these franchises but the brand identity is...

My experience buying coffee was awful. I asked for ground coffee for a home espresso machine and I got extra fine ground coffee. At home, I realized it was impossible to make an espresso with it. I came back to the store with the hope that if I explain everything the staff could help me. But the service was terrible. The answer from them was that it was my problem and that I took a risk when asking them for grinding, and that I could instead do filtered coffee with it or use it with a Moka. I think that for being a high-quality coffee roastery this is disappointing. If you offer the clients the option of buying ground coffee, then you should ensure that the staff will try to make the best they can so that the client gets a good quality product. For me it was just a waste of money and an uncomfortable experience. I'm sure I will not go back to your stores, which is quite upsetting as the quality of the coffee was very good, but the service was terrible.
UPDATE: The staff got in touch with me to apologized for the situation. Also, they offered me a new coffee box. This time they were very concerned about the grinder level which will work with my espresso machine. They showed commitment and amiability, attributes that I appreciate when I go to this kind of stores. For all those reasons I changed the original rate: from...
Read moreUnfortunately, I can't comment on the food, as this review focuses solely on the mistreatment by the staff and management (a bald guy). Despite being recommended, my experience left me deeply upset, prompting me to ask for a refund. This is a self-service restaurant where you order, pay, and sit. We were told the kitchen was busy but assured it wouldnât take longer than 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, people who arrived after us received their food. When we raised this with the waitresses, they were rude and dismissive, offering no update on our order. As time ran out, we requested a refund and were directed to the management. The situation escalated when the waitress angrily threw the money on the table and rudely dismissed us. Worse, we overheard her bragging to the manager about her behavior. The management was equally unprofessional, mocking us and refusing to listen. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not go unaddressed.
Anyway, if you're looking for a delicious brunch served within 15 minutes, even during busy times, with friendly, smiling and professional staff, don't miss to check out the charming spot "Someone Loves You" at GoltzstraĂe 1,...
