White Lounge Shisha — Restaurant in Berlin

Good Shisha and sweets but service unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

Service guy can’t even distinguish the difference between orange and lemon for the tea and didn’t want to admit his mistake and change it. I’m saying it’s not orange tea it’s lemon tea, and he just saying doch das ist Orange and didn’t try to even listen. After saying several times to change and him to drink himself, he finally checked drink and admitted the mistake but of course he didn’t apologize.

Shisha what he brought was also wrong,nonetheless he even started to complain to us that we don’t order correctly.

I was together with 2 german guy, and they ordered, so if you don’t understand native german it’s not our problem.

If you are drank or not concentrating to work, take at least note and write it down what customers orders or repeat it and ask if you understand correctly or not.

The best Hookah Bar in Berlin, I have been traveling around Europe and visited many different hookah bars but this place was the best by far. The atmosphere in this place was awesome. During the evening you can see the place fill up and you might not even be able to sit! There is also an reservation room you can rent out.

The service was awesome, Even though I cannot speak German they took their time explaining questions I had on the menu. The owner and the staff is was very friendly coming to check on each table and exchanging the coals without even having to ask them to.

We came all the way from Denmark to have fun. 🤩 we searched online after a nice and cozy place with good music. So we saw this lounge online… the food was so good. The service was outstanding and even thought I was very picky with the taste they made everything over and over again without even once getting annoyed! It was so fun, and very good taste of music. I removed my self and sat another place because I was cold. Instead of telling me that, that seat is for someone else, he took the heater and placed it right beside me! 😇 it was So worth it.
