Prometeo Authentic Pizza — Restaurant in Berlin

Great restaurant, with an excellent value for money and delicious Italian food! Frequented the restaurant quite often and haven’t ever had any bad experiences. The restaurant is located in a central area and easily accessible with the public transport. The food is delicious and you can taste that it’s always prepared using fresh ingredients and there’s something for every Italian craving you might have (pizza, gnocchi, and lasagne to name a few), with vegetarian and vegan variations. The service personnel are really nice and helpful, and they always do their best to take care of every single guest even when the restaurant gets quite busy. If you’re unsure about what you’re in the mood for or you’re conflicted between different orders, then they’re definitely there to help out! An absolute disgrace.

If zero stars were an option, this place would earn them with pride. We ordered 5 pizzas via Uber Eats and received only 3 — cold, of course. When we called the pizzeria, they casually blamed the delivery guy and promised to send the missing pizzas. They did… but got the order wrong again, including pizzas that our vegetarian guests couldn’t even eat.

We called back, simply asking for clarification, and were met with screaming and aggression. They told us — unbelievably — that we should be grateful, because they sent us “more expensive pizzas,” as if price makes up for incompetence. Then they hung up on us.

We used to be loyal customers. Not anymore. Being yelled at for their mistake was the final insult. This place is not just the worst pizzeria in town — it’s a shameful representation of Italian...

One of the worst services I have ever seen. First we had to wait too much for a BOOKED table, when we finally got to seat, they made us wait 45 mins just to BRING THE MENUS. Funny thing, they said they ran out of them hahaha (I guess you can't have at least one per person), but the reason was that we were a big group and they were giving the menus to smaller tables that arrived way later than us until we complained, then suddenly we had the menus. The cherry on top was that the pizzas (that were good, I must say, that's why I give 2 stars) arrived completely separated in time, so some who wanted to wait for the rest are their pizzas cold, and no, it wasn't for the number of people, you could easily see that there is a massive organisation...
